We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2025, David Schumacher of Waukegan, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry David's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May David's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Schumacher and Sophie Schumacher; his wives, Connie and Chris; his son Deon; and his nephew Robert.
He is survived by: his daughter Corrine Schumacher Eickhoff; his granddaughters, Constance and Carissa; his brother Duane Schumacher (Janet); and his sister-in-law Charlotte. He is also survived by two nieces, one great niece, one nephew, one great nephew, and several cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gurnee Salata Funeral Home (4190 Old Grand Ave, Gurnee, IL 60031).
