With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol B. Kerr Sanchez of Waukegan, Illinois, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 3, 2023 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol B. Kerr Sanchez to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Schattner and Eveline Schattner; her former husband Kenneth R. Kerr; her grandson Kyle Taylor; her siblings, Dennis Schattner and Marilyn Miller; her siblings-in-law, Norman Miller, Bernice Krapf and Leburn Krapf; and her uncle Hugo Schattner.

She is survived by: her husband Miguel A. Sanchez; her children, Robert Kerr (Cathy) of Buffalo Grove, IL, Debra Taylor (Chuck Garrett) of Zion, IL and Lori Wade (Alfred) of Elgin, IL.; her grandchildren, Trent Nuzzo (Patricia), Emily Alanis (Anthony), Jessica Kerr (James Ladner), Alfred Wade (Kylie Gard) and Kenneth Wade (Katie); her great grandchildren, August, Elliot, Mason, Abigail, Bethany, Teddy, Liam, Gage, Anna and Camden; and her brother Roger Schattner (Sharon) of Franksville, WI. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
