He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Clark and Ruby Clark; and his siblings, Dorothy Corbitt, Martha Hess and Bud Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Clark; his sisters, Billie Brown and Sue Clark; his son Dan Clark; his daughter-in-law Jaime; and his grandsons, Xander and Leo Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
