He is survived by: his wife Joy Mills (Finlayson); his daughters, Caley Vingan (George), Megan Mills and Shannon Mills; his grandsons, George Vingan V and Gage Vingan; his mother-in-law Edith Finlayson; his brother Kenneth Mills; and his sister-in-law Carol Mills. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
