Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Hayley Marie Sprow (Wauconda, Illinois), born in Fox Lake, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 27, on February 2, 2019. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Helen, Robert Sprow and Joseph Pokorny. She is survived by: her cousin Hayley Marie; her grandmother Dianne Pokorny; her parents, Margie Pokorny and Darren Sprow (Laurie); her sisters, Laura Schuda (Gregory) and Jackie Gerasco (James); her stepbrother Spencer Smith; her nieces, Madilyn and Emily; and her nephew Vince of Thomas, Dominick. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
After Mass there will be an open-style luncheon at Docks Bar and Grill in Wauconda, IL.In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that a donation be made in Hayley's name to Autism Speaks (http://www.autismspeaks.org).
