He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kroenlein and Opal Kroenlein (Boswell); his brother Terry Kroenlein; and his brother-in-law Richard Willis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kroenlein of Watson; his children, Rodney Kroenlein (Sarah) of Carbondale and Kristi Nelson (Rick) of Beecher City; his grandchildren, Desiree Nelson and Nick Nelson; his stepgrandchildren, Tristan Lingle and Juliette Lingle; and his sisters, Linda Willis and Barbara Dolan (Dan).
