He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan G. Elam and Sarah S. Elam (Deweese); and his sister Kimberly Sue Elam. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Raymer of Wheeler, Joseph Raymer (Miriah) of Watson, Rikki Elam (Dillon) of Mattoon and Brittni Elam (Sammy) of Effingham; his siblings, Harlan Elam, Travis Elam of Effingham and Sally Meyer (Thomas) of Watson; his adoptive children, Aaron Koester of Watson, Adam Warren of Watson and Samantha March of Riverton, WY; his sisters-in-law, Sarah Ullrich of Mason and Kelly Seaton of Effingham; and his pets, Baby, Hades and Eden.
