He is survived by: his children, Randy Neal (Michele), Carolyn Mathewson, Tracey Legel (Michael), Sandy Woodall and Rusty Neal (Lori); his grandchildren, Charity Rock (Rob), Noah Legel (Stephanie), Zachary Lowry (Cassidy), Seth Neal, Coral Thoele (Tanner), Ben Legel, Aaron Legel, Kiley Neal, Cole Neal (Abby), Connour Woodall, Brandon Mathewson and Quincy Edwards (Zachary); his great grandchildren, Max, Asher Neal, Nathaniel Rock, Abigail, Julia, Grace Lowry, Tryson, Tripp Thoele, Sophia Edwards, Braydon and Braxson Mathewson; and his brother Harold Neal.
