He is survived by: his mother Doris Imogene James of Effingham, Illinois; his stepmother Elsie James of Watson, Illinois; his siblings, Richard James (Angela) of Effingham, Robert James (Brenda) of Watson, Illinois, Janie Phillips of Effingham, Illinois and Jeanie James of Effingham, Illinois; and his stepsister Velvet Kaiser (Bart) of Edgewood, Illinois. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
