He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin L. Collins and Bernadine Marie Collins (Behl); his brother Richard Collins; and his parents-in-law, Wes and Rheba White.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Collins of Watson; his sisters-in-law, Taurina Rardin (Tim) of Florida and Judy Collins of Effingham; and his nieces and nephews, Blake Rardin (Mia), Tommy Rardin (Amber), Kim Ohnesorge (Rich), Michelle Knop (Kyle) and Jill Hutchcraft (Jason).
