He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn Elizabeth Borries; his children, Chris (Jackie) of New Port Richey, Tim Walls (Kayte) of Mahomet and Amy Carter (Pat) of Hammond; and his grandchildren, Amber Walls, Ashley Kidney, Lukas Holleman, Will Holleman, Derek Walls, Alicia Decker, Ben Breazeale, Samantha Carter and Sean Carter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Charles to the American Heart Association or the donor's choice.
