She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd West and Margaret West (Rainford); and her husband Raymond F. "Spike" Arseneau. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Arseneau (Coni) of Oro Valley, AZ and Tana Klipp (Michael) of Yorkville; her granddaughters, Kirsten Van Arsdale (Jonathan) and Sonnet Adams (Justin); her great grandchildren, Nia Van Arsdale, Tyler Adams, Riley Adams, Sawyer Adams and Elyse Adams; and her sister Phyllis Gladson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Watseka Rehab and Health Care Center in Watseka.
