It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma June Ely of Watseka, Illinois, born in Claytonville, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Behrens and Clara Behrens (Munsterman); her husband Chester Ely; and her siblings, Eldred Behrens and Eileen Townsend.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Skeen (William) of Streator, Michael Ely (Diane) of Bourbonnais, Douglas Ely (Marianne) of Wooster, OH and Thomas Ely (Pamela) of Watseka; her sister-in-law Carol Reichert; her grandchildren, Jason Skeen, Zachary Skeen (September), Joshua Skeen, Zane Skeen, Amber Stevenson, Grant Ely, Ryne Ely (Julianne), Dru Ely, Chad Ely (Joy) and Derek Ely (Dominique); and her great grandchildren, Farrah, Michael, Danica, Jaide, Laine, Shae, Jocelyn, Landon, Chance, Mason, Quest, Eliana, Leila and Mila. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
