He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Ulitzsch and Lydia Pfingsten Ulitzsch; his brothers, Dale and Steve; his spouse Donna Hoffman; his children, Melissa Ulitzsch of Crescent City, Crystal Ulitzsch-Hansen of Springfield and Matthew Ulitzsch of Danville; his grandson Chase; and his sister Carol Cryier of Crescent City.
