He was predeceased by: his father William Howard Orcutt; and his brother Karl Orcutt. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Orcutt (West); his children, William Orcutt of Hoopeston and Monica Weber (Dustin) of Milford; and his sister Kathryn Rozenberg (Cory) of Watseka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
