He was predeceased by: his mother Delores Carol Kaufman (Johnson); and his nephew Casey Kaufman. He is survived by: his father Gail Francis (Marie) of Watseka; his siblings, Gary Kaufman (Maggie) of Martinton and Tamara Bauer of Bellevue, NE; and his sons, Michael and Derek.
