He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Edward and Hazel Fordyce (Chase); his son-in-law Dana Hinrichs; and his brothers, Mick and Jerry Fordyce.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Fordyce of Watseka; his daughters, Deborah Hinrichs of Terre Haute, IN, Cynthia Tooley (Troy) of Papineau and Julie Fredrick (Jim) of Watseka; and his grandchildren, Rachel Buckles (Rob), Natalie Overton (Chad), Nathanial Laird, Jeremy Laird and Cody Fredrick (Kate Mueller). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
