He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hofbauer (Todd) of Western Springs, IL and Todd Fortin of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings-in-law, Jan Fortin of Watseka, IL and Ben Reichert of Martinton, IL; his grandchildren, Johnathan Fortin and Jade Hofbauer; and his niece Sue Reichert.
