He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Bennett and Kathryn Bennett (Prairie). He is survived by: his children, Jerome Bennett of Sheldon, Jamie Hood (Forest Kincade) of Watseka and Jinger Bennett (Patrick Parsons) of Sheldon; his siblings, Evelyn Castello (Kenneth) of Wisconsin and Jesse Bennett of Kankakee; and his grandchildren, Jamisen Hood, Makailah Hood, Marleigh Bennett-Tincher and Bella Parsons.
