He is survived by: his wife Amy Ramirez; his daughter Christa Wallen of Colorado; his siblings, Sue Foglesong of Watseka, Bruce Harper of Watseka and Brian Harper of Watseka; his aunt Judy Kilgore of Watseka; and his cousin Kim Rabe of Crescent City.
