He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Ritter and Ester Ritter (Haines); his wife Barbara E. Elson; and his brother Kenny Ritter. He is survived by: his daughter Judy Cartelli of Watseka; his grandchildren, Tammy Honn (Dustin) of Herscher, Justin Boatman (Liz Davenport) of Watseka, Michael Cartelli (Kim Causley) of Watseka, Bailey Honn, Kylie Honn, Amelia Cartelli, Jaxon Causley, Jase Neiman and Mollie Neiman; and his brothers, Lowell Ritter of Arkansas and Tommy Ritter (Jan) of California.
