It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn M. Johnson of Watseka, Illinois, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hulse and Frieda Hulse; her husband Karl E. Johnson; her siblings, Loretta Crabtree and Virgil Hulse; and her son-in-law George Longfellow Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Michael Johnson (Debi) of Broken Arrow, OK, Vicki Longfellow of Oswego, IL and Pamela Guenette of Watseka, IL.; and her grandchildren, George Longfellow Jr. (Dawn), Sara Carson, Eric Johnson (Michelle), Tyler Guenette and Zachary Guenette. She is also survived by her three children, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church in Watseka or Prairieview Lutheran Home in Danforth.
