He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Pfingsten and Elma Pfingsten (Schroeder); his granddaughter Rhianna Doggett; his siblings, Wendell Pfingsten (Dorothy) and Dianne Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Bohlmann, Rev. Allen Brutlag, Marvin ZumMallen and Sue Pfingsten.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Pfingsten of Watseka; his daughter Yvonne Doggett (John) of Crescent City; his grandson Patrick Doggett (Katie) of Watseka; his siblings, Bernice Bohlmann of Danforth, Evelyn Brutlag of Danforth, Marilyn ZumMallen of Watseka, Kenneth Pfingsten (Linda) of San Angelo and Leon Pfingsten of Watseka; and his brother-in-law Allen Campbell of Northbrook.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran School of Woodworth or Donor's Choice.
