He is survived by: his parents, Daniel McCullough of Watseka, IL. and Ellen McCullough of Watseka, IL.; his children, Kayla McCullough, Allison McCullough of Clifton and Jacqueline McCullough of Watseka; his sisters, Amy Hofbauer (Dennis) of Mahomet and Bobbi Stichnoth (Daniel) of Stockland; his grandparents, Robert, Shirley McCullough of Watseka, Maternal and Vernon E. Brault of Martinton; and his nephews, Alexis Vogel, Gage Vogel of Stockland, Hannah Hofbauer and Arthur Hofbauer of Mahomet.
