She is survived by: her husband Phillip A. Kuhrt Sr.; her daughters, Lisa Hennon of Texas and Patti Jordan of Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Robert Parchim, Brian Parchim, Jessica Weitzel, Jake Provow and J. D. Provow.
