He is survived by: his wife Catherine Janssen of Waterman, IL; his children, Eleanor Rissman (Kyle) of Waterman, IL, Dirk Janssen (Mary Harrison) of Colo, IA and Drew Janssen of Waterloo, IA; his grandchildren, Kylie and Jaxson Rissman; and his siblings, William Janssen of Wellsburg, IA and Jean Anderson of Cedar Falls, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
