Though Caryl Ann has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Benter and Anna Benter; and her siblings, Marlen, Mardella (Stallmann), Donald and June (Zednick).
She is survived by: her husband Howard Mandel of Paul's Lutheran Church; and her children, Barry Mandel (Dianne) of Hinckley, Bryan Mandel (Barbara) of Sugar Grove and Cheryl Navurskis (Stanley) of Wisconsin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and their spouses; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (12760 Lee Rd, Hinckley, IL 60520). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery (12760 Lee Rd, Hinckley, IL 60520).
