He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Diane Mokriakow of Columbia, IL and Tanya Potter (David) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Andrew Potter (Fallon) of Waterloo, IL, Olivia Potter of Bloomington, IN and Jason Calahan of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Leon Mokriakow (Esther) of Maryville, IL, Cathy Baldrige of Millstadt, IL, George Mokriakow (Peggy) of Millstadt, IL and Irene Hurt (Marc) of Cedar Hill, MO.; and his friend Jesus.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois-Orange Team South or the First Baptist Church of Columbia, IL.
