He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Rich and Shirley Rich Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Pam Rich; his sons, Walter Rich III and Matthew Rich (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Payge Kirkover (Jon), Nick Ulmer and Zoe Rich; and his great grandchild Mia Kirkover.
Walter is preceded in death by his parents Walter E. & Shirley (nee Manihan) Rich Sr.
