Horn and Cheryl Ann; her adoptive parents, Erwin Wink and Hulda Wink; her birth mothers, Desiree and Bessie Castiaux; her siblings, Alfred Castiaux, George Castiaux, Floyd Castiaux (Maggie), Kenneth Castiaux (Juanita), Martha Castiaux and Lucy Clark; and her grandparents, Fred, Amalia Nobbe, Charles, Anna Marie Wink, Elmer, Emil and Mathilda Castiaux.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Horn (Geri), Alan Horn (Joyce) and Anna Beth Allison (Brady); her grandchildren, Stephanie A. Kiffmeyer (Zachary), Fylicia M. Kelley (Jacob), Michael A. Horn, Kaylyn Grace Allison and Kolleen Rose Marie Allison; her great grandchildren, Abbiegail and Benjamin Blackburn; her siblings, Thelma Sonneborn, Ruth Castiaux and Leroy Castiaux; and her goddaughter Stacy Brege. She is also survived by sisters-in-laws; brother in law; nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
