She is survived by: her children, Barbara E. Haeffner, Jr. (Lawrence) of Waterloo, IL and William P. Beal of Moberly, MO; her grandchildren, Michele L. Draughn (Royce) and Melissa A. Ghent (Michael); her great grandchildren, Brittany E. Draughn, Royce B. Draughn, Jayden M. Ghent, Heather Beal, Krystal Beal and Summer Beal; and her great great grandchild Georgia Olivia Trent.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made St. Louis Children's Hospital or to St. Jude Hospital for Crippled Children.
