With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Twila Clara Hoffmann of Waterloo, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Cletus L. Hoffmann; her parents, Walter G. Scheibe and Hilda B. Scheibe; her brother Robert Scheibe; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Luhr (Glenn), Alvis Hoffmann and Carl Nagel.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Hoffmann (Cathy) and Sharon Glessner (John); her grandchildren, Andrew Glessner (Andrea) and Abby Buettner (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Colton, Caleb Glessner, Silas and Max Buettner; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Nagel, Patsy Hoffmann and Karlene Scheibe. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to: St. John UCC Maeystown Memorial Fund; St. John Cemetery Fund; or Morrison-Talbott Library.
