It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Brand (Waterloo, Illinois), who passed away on June 13, 2019, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linda Lowery (Keith) and Allen Brand (Gina); his sister Heather Sherman (Jerry); his grandparents, Dale, Nona Joann Franke, Willis Brand and Willis "Butch" Meyer; his nieces and nephews, Ava, Nora Sherman, Barrett Dusha and Nash Sherman; and his grandmother Frances M. Meyer. He was also cherished by aunts and uncles; cousins.
