He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wilkens and Norma Wilkens (Boyer). He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sue Wilkens (Koenigstein) of Waterloo, IL; his daughters, Theresa Edwards (Charles) of Waterloo, IL and Deborah Strobo (Bret) of Millstadt, IL; his sisters, Joyce Schaefer and Nancy Sutherland (Dennis); his grandchildren, David Kernan (Jessica), Alyssa Edwards and Katelyn Strobo; and his great grandchild Barrett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Per CDC guidelines, face masks must be worn at all times while in the building.
Memorials may be made to the family, Humane Society of Monroe County or to the donor's choice.
