He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Weis and Madeline Weis; and his brothers, James Weis and Francis. He is survived by: his wife Joan Weis; his children, Jeff Weis (Debbie), Jennifer Coscia (Michael) and Stephanie Pill; his stepchildren, Robin Scheibe (Randy) and Rodney Mueller (Stacy); his brother Harold Weis (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Weis. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 8 step great grandchildren.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Wounded Warrior Project, Private Family Services were held.
