He is survived by: his wife Mary Blake; his children, Nicole Ring, Jimmy Rinhart (Kara) and Amber Roy (Levi); his grandchildren, Ian Pacult, Aubrey Roy, Genevieve Roy and Ayson Ring; and his siblings, Sharon Striebel, Ronald Blake, Dennis Blake and Kevin Blake. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
