He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Weihl; his children, Roger Weihl, Laura Kinzinger (Roger), Jeff Weihl, Danny Weihl and Connie Rusteberg (Donnie); his grandchildren, Eric Kinzinger (Nicole), Justin Kinzinger (Emily), Shasta Weihl, Adam Weihl and Kyle Rusteberg; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Easton, Connor, Otto and Felix Kinzinger; his brother Paul E. Weihl (Joan); and his sisters-in-law, Olivia Matzenbacher and Maralee Weihl. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
