He is survived by: his son Colby Crook (Kristina); his brothers, Donald, James Crook (Patricia) and David Crook (Michael Marler); his grandchildren, Kelsey and Carson Crook; his nephews, Jason and Kevin Crook; and his niece Jennifer.
