He is survived by: his wife Annette Duncan (Haynie) of Waterloo, Illinois; his children, Shanna Fredrick (Robert) of Waterloo, Illinois and Cory Duncan (Heather) of Belleville, Illinois; his sisters, Susan Duncan of Belleville, Cheryl Duncan of Belleville, Darlene Duncan of Belleville and Donna Merrill (Tommy) of Pearland, Texas; and his grandchild Kyle Fredrick Samantha (Ashley). He is also survived by Great grandson: Easton Duncan Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
