He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Dorothy Jean Mayo; his siblings, James M. Mayo and Barbara Owens; and his parents-in-law, Wilbert and Shirley Wheat.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Mayo; his son Sean Michael Mayo; his brother Edward Mayo Jr. (Mary); and his brother-in-law Kevin Wheat (Joyce). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and friends.
