He was predeceased by: his wife Roxana Devine; his parents, Richard Sherman and Catherine Devine; and his siblings, Bonnie, Yvonne, Donna Kay, Larry and Rodney Bill.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Devine and Robin Wilson (Keith); his grandchildren, Alexandra Devine, Jessica Wilson and James Wilson; and his sister Betty Owens. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
