She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Erin Schneider and Zachary Schneider; her parents, Edwin F. Vollmer and Eva Agnes Vollmer; and her sister Linda Bergmann.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth P. Schneider Sr.; her children, Kenneth P. Schneider Jr. (Shelly), Thomas Schneider (Suzanne) and Matthew S. Schneider (Karen); her grandchildren, Nathaniel Reinhold (Kelly), Kalynn Queen and Kameron Williams; and her sister Elizabeth Vollmer. She is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; uncle, nieces; nephews; and cousins.
As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Violence Prevention Center of Southwestern Illinois (In memory of Erin Schneider) or Donor's Choice.
