He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Branstetter and Bernice Branstetter (Jenkins); his wife Carlene Whittle; his children, Wendell, Rob (Judi), Lee Branstetter (Anna), Sandi Shelton and Dawn Mclean (Tim); and his grandson Jeremy. He was also cherished by children, he was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
