He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Garnto and Mary Lou Garnto; the mother of his children Theresa Garnto (Chee-Chee); his sister Jackie Brown; and his daughter Theresa Klein.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley K. Garnto; his children, Ryan Garnto (Debbie), Debra Cary, Jennifer Jones (Joseph), Jill Engel (Gregory) and Michael Klein (Margaret); and his siblings, Danny Garnto, Derrell Garnto, Brylyn Sumner (Jimmy) and Bonnie Tanner (Tim). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
