She was predeceased by: her husband Antone "Tony" Otwell; her daughter Mary Ellen Schaefer; her parents, Harvey Kendall and Tina Bell Kendall; her siblings, Mabel, Harriet of Dixie, G. R, Betty and Linnie; and her stepson Tony Eugene Ottwell.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Wayne Otwell (Lesley) and Carol Ann Basler (Chris); her son-in-law Bill Schaefer; her stepdaughter Cathy Ottwell; her grandchildren, Melody Otwell-Thomas, Gerritt Otwell and Jack Basler; her great grandchildren, Kylie and Kamryn Thomas; her sister Libby Flaherty; and her close friends, Ed Rahe (Leanne) and Betty Wightman. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: St. Paul UCC - Waterloo or Peterstown House.
