It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Novella Grace Arms of Waterloo, Illinois, born in Plato, Missouri, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mason Reardon and Gladys Reardon; her husband Jack W. Arms; and her children, James W. Arms, Barbara and Stephanie Jo Arms. She was also cherished by three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
Due to COVID issues there will not be a public service.
Novella would want memorials for her to go to your favorite local charity.
