He is survived by: his wife Nina Binder; his children, William Binder, Jonathan Binder (Catherine) and Elizabeth Binder; his grandsons, Jacob Binder and Benjamin Binder; his siblings, Judy Warren and Richard Binder (Portia); and his sister-in-law Sandra Binder. He is also survived by nieces; and nephews.
