It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Carmack (Waterloo, Illinois), born in Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on February 15, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Van and Lois Crow Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Carmack; her children, Vanessa Wilt (Shawn), William Carmack (Kara) and Carolyn Mora (Martin); her grandchildren, Donnie Ray (Britany), Brittany (Anthony), Kyle (Samantha), Kristina, Colton, Dylan, Anthony, Daniel and Aiden; and her siblings, Daniel Crow (Kay) and Carolyn Wallace (Maxwell). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Evelyn's House (Hospice Facility).
