He was predeceased by: his father Richard Klein; his parents-in-law, Harold and Mary Crook; his brother-in-law Tim Crook; and his niece Jennifer Crook.
He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Klein; his children, Amanda Henderson (Dan), Jeremy Klein (Amanda) and Bethany Hoggard (Austin); his grandchildren, Tate Long, Kenadie-Renee Williams, Jaxon Williams, Charlotte Klein and Everleigh Klein; his mother Margaret Klein; his siblings, MaryJo Sanzottera (Mark), Steve Klein (Joan), Charlie Klein (MaryAnn) and Leroy Klein; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Mitchell (Robert), Nancy Schmidt (George), Paul Crook (Debbie), Brenda Crook, Gina Arnold, Wanda Juelfs (Gary) and Karen Crook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
