He is survived by: his parents, LaVonne Mundy (Michael Mavrogeorge) of Chicago, IL. and Scott Mundy (Stephanie) of Waterloo, IL; his siblings, Katherine Brinkley of Chicago, IL, Zachary Hanusek of Waterloo and Addison Hanusek of Waterloo, IL.; his grandmother Carolyn Schremp (Gary) of Waterloo; and his nephew Levi Starz.
